Biographical Information

Carlos has been coaching youth sports for many years and competitive volleyball for 18 years. He has coached USAV teams at the local, national and international level. He has been the Head Coach of Park University's Beach Volleyball team and Assistant Coach for Park's Women's Indoor team. He has also coached Varsity High School volleyball and Beach volleyball, has won a State Championship and has been awarded with 5 AIA High School Region Coach of the Year honors. Carlos is responsible for bringing Mesquite Beach - one of the State's finest beach volleyball facilities - to Mesquite High School. For Aspire, Carlos has coached in the 13s, 14s, 15s, 16s and 18s age divisions, helping take all of his teams to top fifteen finishes in the Region in both Open and Championship Divisions. He is an owner at Aspire and serves as one of the Club Directors and College Recruitment Coordinator.
