Coaching Career

• 2nd Season with Aspire Boys coaching 14 Groot!
• 2021-2022 season 14 Groot won the AZ Region Championship as well as the USAV National Championship!
• Currently, 1st year coaching high school girls and boys at Benjamin Franklin HS.
• Previously Head Coach at Horizon Honors HS
  • overall record from 2015-2021 (2020 hiatus) is 143-63. 2015 and 2016 Region Champions.
  • 2016 2A State Champions. 2015, 2016, and 2018 Region Coach of the Year, as well as 2016 2A Conference Coach of the Year.
  • Started the Horizon Honors Girls Beach Volleyball program in 2017.
• Varsity Assistant in 2015 and 2016 for Horizon Honors Boys VB
• Coached with Club One AZ girls since 2014, coaching 18’s, 15’s, 16’s, and most recently 14’s.
  • Most recently in 2022, 14-1 Qualified for Nationals in USA Division moving up 8 spots in the tournament
  • 16-3’s won the Silver Bracket in AZ Region Championship Division.

Currently the Assistant Athletic Director at Benjamin Franklin High School, after being a teacher for the past 8 years at Horizon Honors, and 2 years in the Laveen School District. Married my childhood sweetheart Belle in 2016 and have 2 beautiful girls, Keluna and Gilana- and they all love being in the gym!!!! We are excited to be at Aspire full time with the boys and the girls!
